It’s another thing spending the time and energy figuring out how to use it properly. A few months back I purchased the Canon Pixma Pro 9500 photo printer. Previously I was using my i9100 Canon printer. I have to say, it is only as of this week that I finally fell in love with it! I read several reviews and heard that most people recommended using it with the Canon Fine Art Museum Etching Paper. I purchased the paper this week, and first run through, I put the paper in the wrong way (hard to tell the difference in sides, but if you wet your finger and put it on the paper, the printing side is sticky). I had to learn how to load paper in from the front. I also had to learn how to print from photoshop using color profiles. I chose my wagon photo as the first one to print since I love the colors on it and have have not found a place that will print it the way I have had it printed. I chose to print with the saturation option and the Canon Fine Art Museum Etching profile. It came out beautifully. The only thing that is frustrating is that Canon will only print with these huge margins. It seems like a waste of paper. It’s also hard to find Mats for the sizes. I’m currently looking into black core uncut mats…
